Join APKASS Membership
1) To receive the membership discount, please verify your APKASS status before registering. Click ‘HERE’ to log in and prepare either a screenshot of your status
    or your membership Confirmation / Renewal letter. These must be uploaded when you register. The membership must be valid through the conference period.

2) Clinical & Research Fellow / Resident / Student / Nurse / Therapist: In order to benefit from the special fee, status confirmation (an approval letter signed by the Head of Department
    or a copy of your status ID / official certificate) must be uploaded during online registration.
3) Exhibitor / Company: This category is for additional registrations exceeding the complimentary quota provided in the basic sponsorship or exhibition package.
4) Accompanying Person: Each paid registrant may register up to three accompanying persons.
NOTICE:
Please note that registration may be canceled if the attached documents are insufficient or invalid, regardless of payment status.
                 In such cases, the Secretariat will first contact you via email to request supplementary documents before taking further action.

Group Registration

  • For group registration (10 participants or more), please download the form and complete the required details.
    After completing the form below, please send it to the APKASS 2026 Korea & ICKAS 2026 Secretariat (reg@apkass2026korea.org).
  • Group registration is only available for Bank Transfer (Credit Card payment is not available).
  • Please kindly note that there is no discount for group registration.

Credit Card Payment

  • Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • Credit card payments cannot be made in installments.

Bank Transfer Information (Wire Transfer)

  • The sender’s name must be identical to the registrant’s name. If the names are different, please contact the Secretariat (reg@apkass2026korea.org).
  • A confirmation letter will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
  • A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the account on time.

Registration Confirmation

  • In case of credit card payment, registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration.
  • In case of bank transfer payment, registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within 7 working days upon making the full payment.
  • You can check your payment status and download your receipt on your ‘My Page’ once your registration is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail (reg@apkass2026korea.org) and must be confirmed by the Secretariat.
  • Please include your registration account details in the request.
  • The refund process may take up to 7 days to complete.
  • All bank charges incurred during the refund process must be borne by the registrant.

    작성이 완료된 파일은 APKASS 2026 Korea & ICKAS 2026 사무국(reg@apkass2026korea.org)으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
  • 단체등록의 경우, 계좌이체 결제만 가능합니다. (카드 결제는 불가능합니다.)
  • 별도의 단체등록 할인은 없습니다.

  • 등록비 영수증은 결제 확인 후에 이메일로 발송됩니다.
  • 송금 시 발생하는 모든 은행 수수료는 등록자가 부담해야 합니다.
